OUR FINISHING PROCESS
O.W. Lee employs an extensive multistep process to create a longlasting powder
coated finish on every frame. Through a specialized chemical application, fine powder
particles bond evenly to the surface, reaching into every corner and crevice to
ensure complete coverage and help prevent corrosion caused by exposed metal.
Our 6step finishing process includes a 7stage wash and dry system, followed
by a zincrich primer, precision baking, and a final color coat that is carefully
applied and cured. The result is a durable 4–6 mil thick finish that provides
exceptional resistance to fading, chipping, and the effects of outdoor exposure.
Engineered to withstand sun, moisture, and everyday use, our finishes are built for longterm
