CUSHIONS
Spun water resistant liner repels moisture and
has a high breathability factor that allows for
longer lasting comfort and immediate recovery.
The polyester fiber dacron wrap provides soft
yet durable comfort. The highdensity foam core
provides the same type of comfort as fine indoor
upholstered furniture and maintains its original
shape. Cushions are supported by either a fabric
seat support for a plush, more forgiving sit or a
metal seat support for supportive comfort with a
slightly firmer feel.
SLING
Sling is a popular choice for outdoor spaces due to
its comfort, water resistance, durability, and ease
of maintenance. It resists tearing and cracking,
and dries quickly, making it ideal for various
outdoor furniture applications. Sunbrella Slinga
proprietary technologycombines the strength
of PVC with the softness of Sunbrella acrylic yarn
for enhanced comfort. Sling and padded sling is
available on select O.W. Lee collections for dining,
bar stools, counter stools and chaise lounges.
EVERLEE POLY LUMBER
EverLee poly lumber is a premium, durable material
used for decorative accents and table tops,
offering the natural look of wood with excellent
outdoor performance. Made from recycled high
density polyethylene, it resists moisture, fading,
cracking, and splintering for longlasting use with
minimal maintenance. Our table tops are reinforced
underneath with the same honeycomb structure
used on our porcelain tabletops, providing strength
without added weight.
PORCELAIN
Our porcelain table tops are built in three layers: the
substrate, adhesive, and porcelain tile with grout, all
enclosed by a protective metal rim. The substrate is
made of two thin aluminum sheets with a honeycomb
corelightweight yet extremely strong. An epoxy
adhesive bonds the tile to the substrate. Unlike
standard adhesives, it forms a chemical bond as it
cures, making it waterproof and durable. Porcelain
tiles are denser and less porous than ceramic or
stone, so they resist water and staining. They’re also
less likely to crack in freezing temperatures. The kiln
fired surface and metal rim ensure durability.
DEKTON
Dekton is an advanced material ideal for outdoor
use due to its exceptional durability and resistance
to the elements. It’s highly stainresistant—even
against coffee and wineand its nonporous
surface requires no sealing. Fireproof and able to
withstand temperatures over 500°F, it also resists
thermal shock. Dekton won’t fade from UV exposure,
is unaffected by water, and resists abrasion and
bending. Its strength and lowmaintenance surface
make it perfect for outdoor environments.
